  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or for high-risk orders requiring verification.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention or verification purposes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method

Free shipping promotions, if available, apply only to qualifying orders and regions.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Undeliverable
  • Refused by the recipient

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs, or
  • Applicable restocking fees

6. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, we may:

  • Request additional identity or payment verification
  • Delay shipment of high-risk orders
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

Orders may be canceled if:

  • Billing and shipping information cannot be verified
  • Suspicious activity is detected

A full refund will be issued if an order is canceled by us.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date with:

  • Order number
  • Photos (if damaged)

We will assist in filing a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • The order is considered fulfilled.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use secure delivery locations
  • Monitor tracking updates
