At Leovate Tech, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.
This policy is designed to ensure fair use and to prevent abuse of our return system.
1. Return Window (Non-Defective Items)
We accept return requests for non-defective items within 7 days of delivery only.
After this period, returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Not satisfied
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer needed
- Compatibility issues
will be automatically declined.
2. Condition Requirements
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In original condition
- No physical damage or misuse
- All accessories included
- In original packaging
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Unopened Items (Within 7 Days)
If the item is:
- Completely unopened
- Factory sealed
- In resalable condition
You are eligible for a full refund.
4. Opened or Used Items (Within 7 Days)
If the item has been:
- Opened
- Powered on
- Installed
- Used in any way
A 15% restocking and depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Additional deductions may apply if:
- Packaging is damaged
- Accessories are missing
- Item shows signs of wear
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
5. Activated or Special Products (Non-Returnable)
Certain products are classified as activated, digital, or special items.
These products become non-returnable once activated, registered, or used.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Software licenses
- Activation codes
- eSIM or digital service products
- Devices that require account binding or activation
- Any product marked as “Non-returnable after activation”
Once such a product is:
- Activated
- Registered
- Installed
- Used in any way
It is not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
6. Defective or Faulty Products (Within 60 Days)
If a product has a verified manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, we will offer:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (at our discretion)
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video proof if requested
We reserve the right to:
- Request troubleshooting steps
- Inspect the returned item before approval
If the item is found to be non-defective, it may be:
- Returned to the customer, or
- Subject to restocking fees
7. Manufacturer Warranty (After 60 Days)
After 60 days from delivery, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the original manufacturer, according to their warranty terms.
Leovate Tech will not process refunds or replacements beyond this period.
8. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused or discarded
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
9. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection and approval
10. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We monitor return activity to prevent abuse.
Leovate Tech reserves the right to:
- Deny returns
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
If we detect:
- Excessive returns
- Suspicious activity
- Policy abuse
